加班在中国的职场中是一种长期存在的现象,中国劳动者普遍存在加班时间长、加班无报酬等问题,由工作时间过长导致的“过劳死”等现象也已引起社会的重视。本文在回顾加班领域现有文献的基础上,介绍了加班的定义、类型和加班研究早期运用的理论,对造成加班的原因及其导致的后果进行了梳理和总结,然后对世界主要国家加班制度的类型进行了比较。最后,本文对加班领域的未来研究提出建议。 Working overtime is a long-standing phenomenon in the workplace in China. Chinese workers are facing with general problems such as long overtime hours and unpaid overtime, and a series of phenomena such as “karoshi”, which is caused by too long working hours have aroused the attention of the society. On the basis of existing literature on overtime issues, this paper introduces the definition, classification and early theories about working overtime and summarizes the causes of overtime and its consequences. Then, several main types of legal institutions of overtime around the world are introduced, and suggestions about future research are proposed.
