Analysis of Factors Affecting Employment for the Disabled

ABSTRACT

In this paper, the factors affecting employment for disabled are studied. With the help of factor analysis and logistic regression analysis, it concludes that career orientation and attitude, professional skills and career planning, and psychological factors are three main affecting factors, and the degree of influence is in successive decreasing order. Further analysis is made using the descriptive statistical analytical method.

1)是可观测随机向量，且均值向量E(X) = 0，协方差矩阵cov(X) = ∑，且协方差矩阵∑与相关阵R相等；

2)是不可观测的变量，其均值向量E(F) = 0，协方差矩阵cov(F) = I，即向量F的各分量是相互独立的；
