Research on Fault Detection Method and Device for Aerospace Power Supplies

ABSTRACT

According to the high safety requirement of aerospace power supply and the difficulty of potential fault risk prediction, a device that can predict the potential fault of an aerospace power supply is developed. The potential fault of the power supply can be judged by the method of simulating the change of load and simulating the change of input voltage, and detecting the output voltage, current and power adjustment rate of the power supply. And the two methods have been verified by experiments. The results show that the fault detection methods and devices designed for aerospace power supply can predict and judge the potential fault of the aerospace power supply.

1. 引言

1、定性分析法，包含基于图论的有向图方法和故障树分析法及专家系统等方法；对于图论的故障诊断方法，当系统比较复杂时，这类方法的搜索过程会变得非常复杂，而且诊断正确率不高。

2、基于解析模型的方法，此方法最大的优点是对于未知故障有固有的敏感性，具体又可以分为参数估计方法和状态估计方法。

3、基于分类方法，此方法通过处理测量到的输入输出信号来实现故障诊断，可以细分为基于模式识别的方法和基于神经网络的方法。

4、数据驱动的故障诊断方法，包含机器学习、多元统计分析、信号处理及信息融合等方法 [1] 。这几类检测方法都在工作实际使用中还存在一些麻烦和困难。本文介绍一种航空电源的故障检测方法与装置研究，通过实际检测评估电源故障和性能。实际使用比较简单方便。
