ABSTRACT

Financial mathematics is a borderline subject with the intersection of the mathematics and the finance. Reforming financial mathematics teaching is a meaningful work. This paper analyzes how to cultivate the financial composite talents that adapt to the new normal China’s economy under three aspects of curriculum content, practice teaching, and assessment. On the one hand, students are allowed to master the basic knowledge and concepts of financial mathematics. On the other hand, students are gradually learning the way of thinking and the skills to deal with problems in financial mathematics during the learning process.

21世纪是人才的竞争，在中国快速发展的金融行业这一论断尤为突出。本文根据金融数学课程的教学现状分析了如何培养适应经济新常态下的具有创新和实践能力、综合素质高的金融复合型人才。结合所在学院数学与应用数学专业拓办金融方向的实际情况，从教师教学活动层面给出了具体的建议，使得培养的学生能够胜任在金融、投资、保险等金融部门从事金融分析、数据建模和计算、管理等工作，同时也为其他院校提供参考。
