The Analysis of Vermicelli Equipment Innovation Based on the Theory of TRIZ

ABSTRACT

In view of the problems existing in the traditional artificial hang lever to dry noodle, the noodles manufacturing is analyzed and the innovation design scheme is put forward by using of the theory of TRIZ. A variety of solutions are put forward through the study of the definition of the fundamental problem, resource analysis, attribute analysis and nine screen method to determine available resources system. It also combined with the ultimate ideal solution and noodles processing technology. And some mechanical automation drying devices are designed in detail. Ultimately, the ideal design of low cost and high efficiency is summarized through the evaluation of the proposed scheme.

1. 引言

TRIZ理论(发明问题与解决理论)由苏联发明家根里奇∙阿奇舒勒创立。经典TRIZ理论经过发展逐渐形成了现在的TRIZ流派。U-TRIZ汇集了物场分析、因果分析、功能分析、属性分析的模型共同点，发展出了统一的SAFC模型，把解决发明问题的模型类型和求解工具进行了较多的简化和改进，在以功能为导向、以属性为核心的指导思想下，通过对物质属性或属性参数进行“变、增、减、测、稳”五种操作，将矛盾对立统一的双方进行分离，快捷地消除各种矛盾，调节不良作用，高效地解决发明问题 [1] 。

2. 问题定义与IFR (最终理想解)

1) 面条本身无需晾晒，且面条无需切断，生产出来长度一定。

2) 面条需进行去除水分步骤，但可以在加工过程中实现：

a) 靠温度场来实现水分的去除；

b) 依靠电磁波实现水分的去除。

3) 面条采用现有的加工工艺，仍然需要对加工后的面条进行晾晒：

a) 面条生产的过程中自动到晾晒装置上；

b) 改变面条的结构使面条晾晒工艺简单；

c) 机械装置代替人工操作晾晒面条。
