Dynamic Measurement of Yarn Tension and Error Correction

ABSTRACT

Three-roller tension sensing device was designed for the measurement of silk thread tension. Nonlinear error was analyzed by the mechanism of pressure resistance sensor. Output curves were converted to error curves, and the curves fitting was obtained by polynomial method. Comparing different order fitting data, the result shows that the measuring accuracy is improved greatly by reducing the nonlinear error.

5. LabVIEW程序处理

LabVIEW是一种图形化的编程语言的开发环境，它广泛地被工业界、学术界和研究实验室所接受，视为一个标准的数据采集和仪器控制软件，具有强大的数据处理功能，在测量数据传输、计算、存储、显示等方面具有显著的优势。本文在对硅压阻式压力传感器非线性误差分析的基础上，编制如图5所示的框图程序，实现测量数据的多项式修正。
