自我决定理论(SDT)是积极心理学的重要理论基础,它自提出来后就受到研究者的广泛关注,尤其是自我决定理论在教育领域中的广泛应用取得了较好效果。文章基于文献对自我决定理论及其亚理论的进展做了较为系统的梳理和介绍,对现有研究中关于自我决定理论相关变量的评估测量方法进行了说明,并概述了自我决定理论在教育领域中的应用。文章也指出自我决定理论存在的不足以及未来广阔的发展空间,以期对教育教学提供有价值的借鉴和参考。 Self-determination theory (SDT) is an important theoretical basis of positive psychology. It has been widely concerned by researchers since its introduction, especially the wide application of self-determination theory in the field of education has achieved good results. Based on the literature, this paper systematically combs and introduces the progress of self-determination theory and its sub-theories. It also explains the evaluation methods of self-determination theory related variables in the existing research, and summarizes the application of the self-determination theory in the field of education. The article also points out the shortcomings of self-determination theory and the broad development space in the future, in order to provide valuable reference for education and teaching.
