水果是人们日常生活中不可缺少的一部分,含有多种人体必需元素。但由于人为原因或病原微生物的侵染,导致水果采后腐烂现象普遍存在。生物防治技术以其环保、健康等特点被人们广泛接受。植物多酚类以其抗菌、抗氧化等特点,已成为防治水果采后腐烂病的一种重要举措,日益为人们所关注。 Fruits are an indispensable part of people’s daily life and contain many essential elements.
