烟雾病儿童大多以缺血型为主,成人以出血型为主,儿童出血型烟雾病临床较为少见,并阐述烟雾病的发病机制、临床表现、危险因素、辅助检查及治疗。
Most of the children with moyamoya disease are predominantly ischemic and adults are predominantly hemorrhagic, but the hemorrhagic form of moyamoya disease in children is less common clinically. The pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, risk factors, ancillary tests and treatment of moyamoya disease are described.
