有研究表明矮身材儿童绝大部分存在维生素D的缺乏和不足,而维生素D是儿童生长发育过程中必不可少的一种营养元素,其中间代谢产物25-羟维生D [25-(OH)D]可调节钙、磷代谢,是影响骨骼发育与骨矿物质沉积的重要因素,若维生素D不足,则可以导致钙磷代谢紊乱,从而影响骨的正常发育。鉴于此,本研究对国内外有关矮小症儿童的血清25-羟维生素D及骨骼发育的研究进行简要综述。
Studies have shown that the vast majority of short stature children have vitamin D deficiency and insufficiency, and vitamin D is essential for children’s growth and development of nutritional elements, intermediate metabolite 25-hydroxy vitamin D [25(OH)D] can regulate calcium and phosphorus metabolism, which is an important factor affecting bone development and bone mineral deposition. If vitamin D is insufficient, it can cause calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorders, thereby affecting the normal development of bone. In view of this, this study briefly reviewed the research on serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D and skeletal development in children with short stature at home and abroad.
