企业是创新活动的主要场所,创造力是组织竞争力的重要基础,团队创造力更是在日益复杂的经济环境中显得尤其关键。基于创造过程理论,通过79个团队共计595位团队成员的问卷,探究团队沉默对团队创造力的影响,进而说明团队知识交互的作用机制。结果发现:团队沉默抑制团队创造力的提升,这一负向影响被团队知识交互所中介;领导创造力期望起到调节作用,即缓冲了团队沉默对知识交互的负向影响。因此,缓解团队沉默的消极作用,提升团队创造力水平,需要重视团队知识交互过程的质量,在此基础上领导表现出创造力期望,以榜样带动并支持创造行为。
