关于教练员领导的研究已有一定成果。目前关于领导的研究,大多数集中在领导的定义、内涵,不同情境下领导对组织任务、绩效,以及有效的训练领导行为等方面。领导从不同的视角有不同的含义。本文对教练员领导力、领导方式及中国式的特色领导方式文献进行梳理及解析,以期丰富领导理论和综合。
Some achievements have been made in the research of coach leadership. At present, most of the researches on leadership focus on the definition and connotation of leadership, leadership’s impact on organizational tasks and performance in different situations, as well as effective training of leadership behaviors. Leadership means different things from different perspectives. Leadership style involves personality, style, behavior, influence, role and relationship, etc. Different leadership styles have different effects on teams and organizations. Leadership style and the characteristics of excellent leaders can affect team cooperation and improve the training level of sports teams. This paper sorts out and analyzes the literature on coaches’ leadership, leadership style and Chinese characteristic leadership style, in order to enrich and synthesize leadership theories.
