宫颈子宫内膜异位症的细胞学表现与其他腺体异常相似,如宫颈管腺发育不良、原位腺癌或伴有腺体受累的非典型鳞状上皮化生。在组织学检查中该类病变很容易被忽视,特别是在小活检标本中。我们报告了一例原发性宫颈子宫内膜异位症,对临床工作中宫颈子宫内膜异位症的早期发现、早期诊治具有重要的意义。
The cytologic presentation of cervical endometriosis is similar to other glandular abnormalities, such as cervical ductal glandular dysplasia, adenocarcinoma in situ, or atypical squamous epithelial hyperplasia with glandular involvement. This type of lesion is easily overlooked in histological ex-amination, especially in small biopsy specimens. We report a case of primary cervical endometriosis, which has important implications for the early detection and management of cervical endometriosis in clinical work.
