冠心病是心血管疾病中的常见病与多发病,动脉粥样硬化是病变的基础。血浆致动脉硬化指数(AIP)和单核细胞/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值(MHR)可通过血脂异常与炎症反应机制,进行初步预测冠状动脉病变程度,评估冠心病的发生;高敏肌钙蛋白I (hs-cTnI)是临床判断心机梗死的较可靠指标,现也可用于判别冠脉病变程度。本文就AIP、MHR及hs-cTnI在冠心病中的应用及研究进展予以综述,阐述三者与冠状动脉病变程度的相关关系,以期为冠心病的预防与治疗提供新的参考依据。
Coronary heart disease is a common and frequently-occurring disease in cardiovascular diseases, and atherosclerosis is the basis of the disease. Atherogenic index of plasma (AIP) and Monocyte to high-density lipoprotein ratio (MHR) can preliminarily predict the degree of coronary artery dis-ease and evaluate the occurrence of coronary heart disease through dyslipidemia and inflammatory response mechanisms. High-sensitivity cardiac troponin I (hs-cTnI) is a reliable indicator of clinical myocardial infarction, and can also be used to determine the severity of coronary artery disease now. This article reviews the application and research progress of AIP, MHR and hs-cTnI in coronary heart disease, and expounds the correlation between the three and the degree of coronary artery disease, in order to provide a new reference for the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.

ABSTRACT
Coronary heart disease is a common and frequently-occurring disease in cardiovascular diseases, and atherosclerosis is the basis of the disease. Atherogenic index of plasma (AIP) and Monocyte to high-density lipoprotein ratio (MHR) can preliminarily predict the degree of coronary artery disease and evaluate the occurrence of coronary heart disease through dyslipidemia and inflammatory response mechanisms. High-sensitivity cardiac troponin I (hs-cTnI) is a reliable indicator of clinical myocardial infarction, and can also be used to determine the severity of coronary artery disease now.
