砷类物最早用于抗肿瘤治疗源于1971年三氧化二砷治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病开始。雄黄是最常见的砷的硫化物矿物之一,药理学研究证实纳米雄黄具有抑制细胞增殖,诱导细胞凋亡、诱导细胞分化、抑制核酸合成、抑制新生血管生成等功能。基于以上药理作用,近年来对砷类物抗肿瘤的研究成为热点。本文通过检索近十年砷类物的相关文献,以雄黄为主综述砷类物在抗肿瘤方面的研究成果。希望通过这一综述加快雄黄等砷类物抗肿瘤的相关研究进程,为目前的临床抗肿瘤用药提供进一步的参考。
Arsenic was first used in anti-tumor therapy since arsenic trioxide began to treat acute promyelo-cytic leukemia in 1971. Realgar is one of the most common arsenic sulfide minerals. Pharmacologi-cal studies have confirmed that nano realgar has the functions of inhibiting cell proliferation, in-ducing cell apoptosis, inducing cell differentiation, inhibiting nucleic acid synthesis, and inhibiting angiogenesis. Based on the above pharmacological effects, the research on anti-tumor effect of arse-nic compounds has become a hot spot in recent years. This paper reviews the research results of arsenic in anti-tumor, mainly realgar, by searching the relevant literature of arsenic in the past decade. It is hoped that this review will accelerate the research progress of arsenic compounds such as realgar in anti-tumor, and provide further reference for current clinical anti-tumor drugs.
