北京冬奥会已经取得圆满的成功,冬奥会所传递出来的精神和价值也得到了全社会的广泛认可。进一步研究后冬奥时期我国高校冰雪体育发展所遇到的困难和突破途径,才能发挥冰雪体育对当前教育、经济、文化等方面带来的积极作用。因此,本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,指出地理因素使高校冰雪运动发展不平衡、专业师资缺乏、冰雪场地设施薄弱、高校冰雪文化意识淡薄是当前的现实困境。提出因地制宜,选择相应开展形式、加强师资培训、加强高校冰雪场地设施建设、加强冰雪运动文化宣传等发展路径,为我国高校冰雪运动的继续发展提供有价值的参考。 The Beijing Winter Olympic Games have been a complete success, and the spirit and value of the Winter Olympic Games have been widely recognized by the whole society. Only by further studying the difficulties and breakthrough ways of the development of ice and snow sports in China’s colleges and universities during the post Winter Olympics period can we play a positive role in the current education, economy, culture and other aspects of ice and snow sports. Therefore, this paper adopts the methods of literature, logical analysis and other research methods to point out that the current realistic predicament is that the geographical factors cause the unbalanced development of ice and snow sports in colleges and universities, the lack of professional teachers, the weak facilities of ice and snow fields, and the weak awareness of ice and snow culture in colleges and universities. This paper puts forward some development paths, such as selecting appropriate development forms, strengthening teacher training, strengthening the construction of ice and snow sports facilities in colleges and universities, and strengthening the cultural publicity of ice and snow sports, in accordance with local conditions, so as to provide valuable reference for the continued development of ice and snow sports in colleges and universities in China.

二零一八年,国家体育总局印发颁布《“带动三亿人参与冰雪运动”实施纲(2018~2022年)》,全面提高群众参与冰雪运动的积极性和热情,享受冰雪运动带来的欢乐和健康。学生作为参加冰雪体育活动的关键人群,为推动高校进一步深入开展冰雪体育体育运动,更加充实校园体育内涵,从整体上提升院校学生的身体素质,教育部等四部门按照国家的《冰雪运动发展规划(2016~2025)》《群众冬季运动推广普及计划(2016~2020年)》精神,对全国进一步开展冰雪运动进入校园工作制定了指导意见,坚持按照“培养兴趣、提升技能,政府部门指导、社区积极参与,因地制宜、稳妥实施,特色引领,重点发展”的基本原则,逐步建立具备中国特点的学校冰雪运动培训制度 [
我国幅员辽阔,冰雪资源分布不均,冰雪运动呈现明显的地域特征。而高校冰雪运动发展更是呈现“北盛南衰”的现象,冰雪运动项目在北方高校极为盛行,尤其东北地区,而南方地区高校受地域等条件的限制,开展冰雪运动较少,这就造成南北高校冰雪运动发展的不平衡。
为了普及冰雪运动,扩大受众面积,我国提出了冰雪运动进校园的口号 [
目前多数高校缺乏冰雪运动场地和器材,既不能满足高校师生的使用需求,也不能满足冰雪运动在校园的开展。即使与周边的冰雪运动场所进行合作,每次所需要的各种费用,如场地费、保险费、装备使用费等 [
运动文化是运动发展起来的前提,相对于篮球、足球等对地域、环境要求较低的运动项目,冰雪运动在普及程度、文化氛围等方面存在着较多的差距。冰雪运动虽具有浓厚的文化底蕴,但冰雪文化在学校里的宣传较薄弱,甚至没有办法和条件去宣传冰雪运动文化,导致很多学生不了解冰雪运动。
高校冰雪体育运动受季节、地点和器械的约束很大,按照标准实施起来比较麻烦。各大院校可依据自身的实际状况,选用适合自己适应的冰雪体育开展方式。冰壶、摊制、熘达等都是学生最喜欢和常用的运动。因此有条件的高校都可以设立冰场开展冰上运动,没条件的院校则可以采取旱地冰学的形式开展。近年来,学校冰雪体育旱地改革与研究也获得了重要的研究成果,该校可借助上述研究优秀成果建设旱地冰雪运动场地,以调动学校对冰雪体育的激情和兴趣,促进冰雪运动在校园的开展。
强化冰雪师资队伍的建设,提高高校教师的教学能力是冰雪运动教师队伍建设的关键一环 [
冰雪项目基础设施建设是冰雪运动能良好开展的重要保障,是开展冰雪运动进高校的有效支撑。针对我国高校冰雪场地设施薄弱问题,首先,政府方面给予经费支持,加大高校冰雪运动的资金投入比例,以便学校场地建设;其次,学校可以与社会公共冰雪体育场馆达成协定,全面开放公共体育场馆面向学生免费或是降低收费标准,新建设冰雪项目要优先选择建在学校以及其周边,相互促进完成共进机制;最后,学校引入社会资本对冰雪运动场地进行共同建设,用于完善冰雪场地建设。
我国的冰雪文化源远流长,而本届冬奥会也将对中国冰雪文化的发扬和传承有着巨大的促进作用 [
综上所述,北京冬奥会是中国大学冰雪体育发展的最关键一年,在后冬奥时代,高校要合理利用中国冬奥遗产,让之成为高校冰雪运动发展的巨大动能,以促进中国冰雪运动在高校的发展,并最终达到“三亿人参与冰雪运动”的综合效果。中国高校应以冬奥会为契机,因地制宜,开展适合自身的冰雪运动,加强师资培训,完善基础设施投入,同时加强高校冰雪运动文化宣传,营造良好冰雪校园文化氛围,以期为我国冰雪事业的发展增砖添瓦。
